Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload inventory
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on equipment before/after shifts
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Assist in organizing and maintaining clean, organized storage areas
- Participate in continuous safety training and process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license (required for equipment operation certification)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
