Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas safely.
- Load and unload shipping containers and trucks efficiently, ensuring cargo security.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment adhering to OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting.
- Follow all safety protocols and communicate hazards immediately to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills (prior experience is a plus but not required).
- Basic math skills for reading weight tickets and inventory logs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor warehouse environment.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not mandatory.
