Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment in warehouse environments
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated storage areas
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver’s license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Willingness to complete OSHA forklift certification training
- Reliable transportation to shift location
