Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Manage team of 10-15 warehouse associates with performance evaluations and training
- Implement and maintain OSHA safety protocols and compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and accuracy
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless supply chain integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying temperatures
- Forklift certification preferred
- Experience with inventory audits and cycle counts
