Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload palletized goods
- Inspect and maintain machinery daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to organize inventory and optimize storage layouts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements and operational logs
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support general warehouse cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (provided)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
