Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, and unload materials efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Collaborate with warehouse team to maintain organized inventory and efficient workflows
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company operational standards
- Complete accurate inventory documentation and reporting systems
- Assist in training new operators on safe equipment usage
- Support cross-functional departments during peak operational periods
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 1 year of industrial forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during high-volume periods
