Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse environments
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with team members to optimize inventory flow and efficiency
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols without exception
- Assist in warehouse inventory management and documentation
- Work flexible shifts including weekends and overtime as needed
- Support general warehouse duties like sorting and organizing products
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
