Responsibilities
- Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move palletized materials
- Load/unload trucks and containers with precision using warehouse equipment
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Support inventory control through systematic stock rotation
- Work overtime shifts during peak production periods as needed
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
