Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely to move materials within warehouse and storage areas
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance
- Load/unload trucks and organize inventory in designated zones
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflow
- Complete inventory documentation and reporting accurately
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (Class D) mandatory
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Physical stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
- Reliable transportation to worksite
