Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations
- Stack and organize materials in designated storage areas
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and palletizing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for training)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (company-provided)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
