Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Inspect forklifts and warehouse equipment for safety and mechanical issues before and after each shift.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock to ensure efficient warehouse flow.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet shipping deadlines and quality standards.
- Perform general warehouse duties including cleaning, organizing, and staging materials.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (required).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery or forklifts (1+ years preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
