Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts as directed
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures at all times
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with warehouse team to optimize workflow and productivity
- Assist in general warehouse tasks including stacking, organizing, and quality checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass forklift certification training (provided)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Physical ability to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and work in varying conditions
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
