Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, stack, and organize inventory
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal safety and performance
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines meticulously
- Manage inventory control systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with warehouse team to meet daily production targets
- Document material movements and maintain accurate records
- Assist in loading/unloading shipments with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to safety and compliance standards
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
- Valid New Mexico driver's license preferred
