Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment before/after shifts to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones using proper stacking techniques
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Complete accurate paperwork for inventory tracking and movement records
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide full paid training!
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Harbor Industrial location
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities
