Responsibilities
- Safely Operate Equipment: Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Inventory Control: Accurately count, scan, and track stock to maintain precise inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently for shipment.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Equipment Care: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on machinery to ensure everything is in proper working order.
- Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork, including delivery logs and inventory reports.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C) is preferred; however, we will train motivated entry-level candidates.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy regarding inventory counts and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, willing to work flexible hours, and able to work well in a team setting.
