Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move pallets and materials safely
- Load/unload trucks with precision using warehouse equipment
- Maintain clean, organized inventory in temperature-controlled facilities
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols without exception
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization tasks
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- No prior forklift experience required (training provided!)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Orlando facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to stand/walk for entire shift (8 hours)
