Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse environments
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Follow strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized inventory and workflow efficiency
- Assist in receiving, sorting, and documenting shipments accurately
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to prevent hazards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- No prior forklift experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic math skills for inventory and documentation tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno, Ohio facility
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
