Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trailers, trucks, and shipping containers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock checks accurately.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any mechanical issues before operation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
- No prior forklift experience required; we provide training.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic reading and math skills are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
