Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently to move stock throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and freight with precision and care to prevent damage.
- Perform daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we provide training for qualified candidates).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and stand for long periods.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and maneuver around the facility.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
