Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and proper stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform daily pre-shift forklift inspections and safety checks.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Handle material handling equipment and pallet jacks as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (Entry Level candidates welcome).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a forklift license (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and counting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
