Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load and unload shipments efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and safety checks before operation.
- Organize and stock inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate records and easy access.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (Class A or B) through our training program.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for inventory tracking.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not required).
