Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Verify inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records using warehouse management systems.
- Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform routine safety checks and maintenance on forklift equipment before and during shifts.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Handle hazardous materials and heavy loads with strict adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification (we offer training for the right candidates).
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read and comprehend safety manuals.
- Must have a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime.
