Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to shipping docks.
- Verify inventory accuracy using barcode scanners and digital systems.
- Inspect forklift equipment for any maintenance issues before and after each shift.
- Organize and stack pallets to ensure maximum warehouse space utilization.
- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety (OSHA standards).
- Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time shifts.
