Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a warehouse setting
- Load/unload materials and transport goods to designated areas
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance needs
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varied temperatures
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (provided)
