Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select and prepare merchandise for shipping using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing packages for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse housekeeping standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience requiredβon-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills.
