Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse setting
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA safety protocols
- Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency
- Complete accurate inventory documentation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and regulatory requirements
- Assist in other warehouse duties as needed to support operations
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for equipment operation training)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
- Basic computer literacy for inventory documentation
