Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S standards.
- Perform daily safety checks on equipment before and after shifts.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning and labeling stock.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Handle physical tasks, including lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and obtain forklift certification (training provided).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred).
