Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Sort, stack, and organize inventory according to established guidelines.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate inventory counts.
- Follow all company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification (training provided on-site).
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory management.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
