Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Receive, inspect, and stage incoming merchandise to verify accuracy against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with strict adherence to quality and speed standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to 5S principles and safety regulations.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by warehouse management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment and stand for extended periods.
