Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in warehouse and distribution settings
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation of material movements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in general warehouse duties including pallet stacking and order preparation
- Participate in ongoing safety training and equipment certification programs
Qualifications
- No prior forklift experience required – we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation
- Reliable transportation to our East Tucson facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
