Don't have a forklift license? No problem! We provide on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and rail cars with accuracy and speed.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Inspect equipment daily to ensure proper functionality and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and ensure proper documentation of stock movements.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to obtain a valid Forklift Operator Certification (we offer training).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliable transportation to the Oakland location.
