Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment in a safe, efficient manner
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Inspect and maintain equipment daily to ensure operational safety
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and cycle counting processes
- Document daily operations and report equipment malfunctions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment training)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Fort Worth facility
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
