Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage inventory counts and stock organization to ensure optimal warehouse flow.
- Inspect goods for damage and coordinate returns or rework as necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S principles.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
