Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse safely and efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and safety checks on forklifts to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated areas, ensuring accurate inventory counts and easy accessibility.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory documentation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
