Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move, load, and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance
- Manage inventory counts and documentation with warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and immediately report any equipment malfunctions
- Participate in weekend overtime shifts as required to meet operational demands
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive paid training
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
- Basic math skills for inventory management and documentation
- Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to obtain OSHA forklift certification (company-sponsored)
