Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of equipment to ensure safety and compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of safety hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regarding material handling and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to rules.
- Valid driver's license (Class C) is preferred but not mandatory.
