Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and inventory management.
- Ensure a safe working environment by strictly enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular facility inspections.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and morale.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor stock levels, manage inventory discrepancies, and assist in cycle counting.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary reports for management.
- Enforce company policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods; willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
