Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a warehouse environment.
- Load, unload, and stage materials for shipping and receiving.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and perform daily pre-shift safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic reading and writing skills for inventory labels and logs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
