Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before packing.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and correctly.
- Scan barcodes and use handheld scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Sort, organize, and stack items on pallets or shelves according to warehouse layout.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety compliance at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
