Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and powered industrial trucks (PIT) safely and efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure fastening.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time.
- Inspect machinery for any defects and report maintenance needs immediately.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain one through our training program).
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
