Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload products efficiently.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels to ensure order accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist with packaging, labeling, and shipping duties as required by the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory accurately.
- Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and attention to detail.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
