Responsibilities
- Safely move materials and products throughout the facility using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided)
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using our digital tracking systems
- Prepare outbound orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and loading products
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces, including racks and storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment in compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide comprehensive on-the-job training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for learning inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in tasks
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with clear communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality essential for shift work
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
