Responsibilities
- Safely move, load, and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect and organize inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain accurate records of material movements using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Operate warehouse equipment following certified training guidelines
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid California Driver's License preferred (not mandatory)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Willingness to complete forklift certification training
