Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all operations
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on equipment operation and best practices
- Collaborate with transportation and inventory teams to meet delivery targets
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for operational excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of warehouse management experience in a high-volume distribution center
- OSHA 30-hour certification and Forklift Operator certification required
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems and inventory management software
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
