Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and warehouse incoming materials using proper equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas per OSHA standards
- Operate warehouse machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation to our Durham facility
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid by company)
