Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stock incoming materials using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment after completing our paid training program
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to quality standards and delivery timelines
- Maintain clean and organized work areas by adhering to 5S principles and safety regulations
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy in our WMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve material flow issues and optimize warehouse efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn inventory software systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Valid California driver's license preferred (required for forklift operation certification)
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 rotating shift facility
