Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal customer orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate packaging equipment including tape dispensers, box sealers, and labeling machines
- Verify order contents against packing slips and maintain inventory accuracy
- Sort and organize products in designated warehouse areas for efficient retrieval
- Adhere to safety protocols including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines
- Maintain clean and organized workspace following 5S methodology
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory verification and order processing
