What You'll Do
As a Picker Packer, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment operations. You will ensure that orders are accurate, packed securely, and shipped on time to our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Pull and verify merchandise from the warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Package items securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment; ability to stand for long periods.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- No prior warehouse experience required; we provide on-the-job training!
