Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (including pallet jacks and RF scanners)
- Maintain organized inventory records and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to our Seaport District location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required
