Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to pick tickets and packing lists
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided)
- Scan and verify inventory using RF scanners and barcode systems
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and inventory zones
- Follow safety protocols and report equipment issues or hazards
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining accuracy standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory audits as required
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
- Basic math skills for order verification
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Drive location
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with reasonable accommodation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid government-issued ID (required for onboarding)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
